My most invaluable tool when travelling in India, except for my Lonely Planet guide-book, which to some extent still can compete with modern technology, is the site www.makemytrip.com. Gone are the days when I stood in hour-long queues for train tickets. This just make everything so much more easy. Book domestic flights and train tickets and avoid long queues, hassle and fees paid to tour to tour-organizers. You can also use it as a timetable for trains and planes!

I have used it many times and never had any problems with them. But I appriciate your feedback. You can also just use it as a searchengine and go to the airlines own website.
